Match the retainer to the correct arch.
Seat the retainer over the front teeth, then seat it fully over the back teeth so that is is fully seated.
Continue wearing your elastic as prescribed. If you are running low, please contact us and we will send some more out to you.
If you are concernned about the effects of the elastics, please email or text a photo of your teeth with the elastic in place and we can give you feedback.
